Handwriting features

Assessor’s handwritten notes are captured in worksheets, collecting information that is necessary to properly score each item. Justification notes at the indicator level, handwritten during the assessment, are then converted into text for reporting.

Aggregate data reporting

Reports can be created at the classroom, facility, and organization levels. The reports enable staff to identify trends, determine ongoing professional development for assessors and teaching staff, and allocate resources more effectively for programs.

Next generation CQI reports embed individualized professional development, promote individualized reflection and personal growth, and empower providers to “own the change” rather than check items off a list.

The reporting portal provides information at the organization level, giving the “big picture” view of state, county, or region level data or information down to the subscale and item levels for one specific program or classroom.
